When trying to place my order my cart keeps emptying/ changing quantities of lashes.There is a couple of things you can try first; Empty your basket and clear the cookies and history from the device that you're using. This should then allow you to continue with your purchase as normal. If this doesn't work, please contact our Customer Service team by emailing Ievasmakeup@gmail.com so we can try an alternative. If you have any more queries please do not hesitate to contact us.

My order has arrived damaged/faultyPlease accept our sincere apologies about receiving your parcel damaged. In order for us to rectify this could you please send over some images of the damaged/faulty product.

Is Ievas Lashes mink cruelty-free?Whilst we respect and admire everybody's lifestyle choices, please rest assured, we as a brand are completely against animal cruelty in any form. We only use completely cruelty free methods for our mink lashes, which make up a small part of our business. This is something as a brand and individuals, we strongly believe in. We offer a variety of synthetic materials to cater for all personal preferences. All our other ranges are made from synthetic fibres. Our mink eyelashes are created using discarded fur collected by a certified manufacturer. The animals do not get harmed - their health and well-being are paramount and they have a good quality of living. The mink fur is collected during shedding seasons and is then sterilised for safe use.

My parcel has been delivered and signed or but I haven’t received it?Please email us at Ievasmakeup@gmail.com . Please be assured we will work closely with DPD to get this matter resolved. A signature dispute will be raised on this consignment and investigated accordingly. In the meantime, if you are able to send u over some photo I.D of yourself preferably with a signature also shown clearly. I.E Passport/driving licence This will help us massively to carry out our investigation quickly and efficiently.

How long do I have to wait to receieve my product?Items are shipped within 3-5 days using standard delivery. All the shipping & returns information can be found in the "Shipping & Returns" page under the "Contact" tab.

What level of makeup artistry do I need to enroll?You don't need any previous experience in makeup to enroll in any of the courses. These classes start from the ground up, teaching you the fundamental techniques and knowledge you need to move onto more advanced skills.

I work full time, what course would suit me?"The courses can be tailored to your needs and spread out through the days/weeks.

Does the school provide a make-up kit to all it's students?We carry every major fashion brand in our studios for the use of all the student, however we do not give a kit as this would mean that we have chosen the make-up for the student, but we feel that the student should choose their own from a vast range we have on the table. Any school offering a kit will be giving you some cheap range from the wholesalers and not the well-known fashion labels. Designer labels do not permit the purchase of more than five items at a time of any product. This is to safeguard the products from not being sold on the cheap.

Will I receive a recognised qualification when I finish the course?All of the courses we offer are recognised and industry qualified through the British Beauty Group, however you will only receieve this once you have passed your practical examination, theory examination and handed in your completed portfolio and research project.
